Health and Safety
At Farrell Construction, we are deeply committed to creating and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and any individuals who may be affected by our operations.
Our dedication ensures that safety is always at the forefront of our activities.
Our health and safety policy is subject to continual monitoring and regular review. This ongoing process guarantees that our safety standards remain fully up to date and in line with current best practices.
For every site we operate on, we develop and implement site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Our operatives consistently work within the guidelines and scope of these RAMS to ensure safe and compliant operations at all times. We also prioritize having qualified leadership and properly trained staff on every project.
Our Managing Director holds a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification, while each site is overseen by a supervisor who is qualified with a Site Supervisors; Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS). Every operative on site possesses a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and has received the appropriate training to safely carry out their designated tasks.
As a company, we take pride in being registered with the Safety Management AdvisoryServices (SMAS). This registration assures our clients that we are a safety-conscious company, and that our internal health and safety standards are independently checked and verified by a governing body on an annual basis.
