The Fire Safety Act 2021 was introduced in response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy. It prompted significant, positive changes in our industry by aiming to correct previous fire legislation errors.

Our client Churchill Retirement Living, decided to ensure that all their buildings nationwide met the new legislation. They partnered with us to accomplish this goal by establishing two dedicated teams.

For two years, our two dedicated teams travelled nationwide to ensure that residents were safe by upgrading these buildings to meet new standards. Farrell Construction made the positive decision to become a third-party certified company, enabling us to provide our clients with fully compliant and certified fire doors, as well as comprehensive maintenance services when needed.
